The "office/den" part of my room was a little odd - wish I would have had a patio but I know other rooms did.

Hotel was charming, great restaurants, management was fantastic, bed was comfortable, room was spacious.

Toilet/ shower door hit each other- toilet door needs to be a pocket door and shower door needs to open the other way. Shower WAY too slippery (and we are young!)- needs anti-skid. Need to dust under beds. 4 people in room, need 4 robes/ slippers, ideally correct(ish) sizes!! Ie. 2 avg adult and 2 kids robes. Need mire music- live music in breakfast lodge and music machine in rooms. Breakfast area lodge needs renovation/ fireplace, apres hot tubs- too much wasted space!

Breakfast was included and amazing- although gluten free pancakes would be easy and amazing! As wound turkey bacon!! Staff was kind, smart, happy.. service was first rate. Nate in the ski storage area was awesome.

One day of our visit we did drive to park city/canyons for a little variety.

Convenience. Renting skis here and getting right out to ski without driving to mountain.

The Stein has one of the best ski-in ski-out locations. Ski lockers are amazing with wonderful staff. You really get spoiled. Our room overlooked the pool and mountain with a balcony and private hot tub.

Lunch at Troll Hallen, Champions sports bar was disappointing; felt like it was really just there to satisfy kids

The Stein is a top-notch resort. The room was sumptuous and the staff went out of their way to give us what we needed. The hot tub was fun. The common rooms are beautiful. The clientele are happy to be there. Even with corporate events and a wedding onsite, we felt like there was room for us too. The food was pretty good; lunch at the Troll Hallen was just okay and quite expensive. LOVED the free shuttle we could call to and from Park City. The staff in the ski locker room were amazing!

It is expensive but worth it.

Location was the best and the service was beyond anything we had ever experienced! From the valets, (including the ski valets), to the cleaning staff, they were excellent and glad to serve you! Best in-and-out location in Deer Valley. Food was excellent as well.

There is nothing that we didn’t like.

Stein Erickson‘s Lodge is an amazing place to stay. They were very accommodating in every way possible our room was upgraded because we were celebrating my husband and my birthday. We were going to go and see Lights in Park city but decided the resort was too awesome to leave. There was so much to see and enjoy there that we did not want to leave. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made us feel very comfortable. Very private even with people around. The restaurant was fabulous and the food was delicious. I can’t say enough about this resort, but that I highly recommend Staying there.

It was hard to get the room to a temperature I was comfortable sleeping at. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly or quickly enough, so we had to resort to keeping the bedroom door open. Of course, I'm sure this isn't a problem during the winter months, as the fireplaces and warm bedding are sure to keep visitors plenty warm!

This location is an exceptional experience where staff go above and beyond to stay true to the word 'luxury.' From friendly valet parking to twice daily housekeeping and turndown service, we always felt cared for during our stay.

The bed wasn’t the greatest and we would have appreciated an option to park our car ourselves.

The facility is excellent and the staff go above and beyond. The kids loved the pool and arcade and access to the mountain was so easy.

The lodging was immaculate and the property was beautiful. Excellent weather during our stay that made our walks that much nicer.

Rooms were in the basement. Bathtub was broken and not working and coat hooks ripped out of the wall.

Location was fantastic. Staff were great. Fitness center and pool were great as well.

My room unfortunately did not have hot water one morning (just luke warm) and there was barley any internet in the room. The food at the restaurant was average at best. The famed Sunday buffer for $150 was overpriced and very average. The hotel design is terrible, its a maze! You arrive to a lobby then you are either taken through a garage or up and down a series of stairs to get to the room.

The location on the mountain in unbeatable (the St. Regis is at the bottom edge of the mountain and comes nowhere close to this location), the ski shop and ski room were amazing (there is literally someone waiting on the snow to take in your ski's!), the bedroom rooms were a large and very comfortable, all the staff were all A++++
