The bathroom is shared

The place is great Very close to everything You don't need to ride any continuation unless you want to go out long distances. And the metro is very close to the place. And the person who received us was very friendly

Shower took a long time to get hot water to come out No plug in bathroom (not that I could find at least) Not great lighting in room - makes it difficult to do hair / makeup

It’s up two large sets of narrow stairs. Challenging to move luggage up and down. Concerned for electrical safety as the only outlet is it’s a ground had a power strip with everything in the room plugged in. Have very low expectations for the room and bathroom. Dire need of remodeling.

Amazing location. Very close to Central Park, museum of modern history, subways and excellent restaurants and bakeries. Quite at night. Has a good neighborhood feel, but very close to everything you need in a day of city life. Good communication with host. We had a key issue that was addressed within 30 min, even late in the evening. Clean sheets and towels. No bugs, which is always a concern in older places in the city like this. we liked the scriptures posted around the place.

It was not easy to find it. Ask for the bell number to ring. Front door key was not working properly. The bathroom and the rest of the flat was shared with others.

Location very close to central park and Metro C. Nice room with fridge, kettle, TV. 2 windows facing an internal garden. Good size. Quite area, quite flat.

Everything was perfect

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Place for anyone visiting Manhattan.I have stayed at dozen of hotels But This Place was on the top of the list of best stay/experience ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much Charles. And Charles is the best person.

No kitchen, one mug and one spoon was all we had to share between the 2 of us. So one would have to make a cup of coffee/tea, then drink it, and then the other person can make theirs. There's no kitchen so we.had to get the water for the kettle from the bathroom sink, using the mug to collect the water, as the kettle won't fit under the tap. No furniture to put our clothes on, so during all the stay weml had to keep everything inside our suitcases. Only the main ceiling light was working. There was a non-working tv set in the room, but since it wasn't working then it should not be in the room where it just wastes space. Not particularly clean in certain areas, even though there's the cleaning Surcharge.

Location: right next to Central Park and close to subway stations. Very quiet!

The apartment was really well located. The bedroom and the shared bathroom were clean, and it had all the necessary equipment. We had a good communication with the owner, the owner and the other travelers were nice and welcoming :)

The bathroom is a little old but the shower and toilet are working… Hot water is a bit long to come.

Very very close to Central Park and subway Large bedroom with TV, mini fridge, microwave AND kettle! Comfortable bed Very quiet environment On cold nights (even though it was the month of May) the heat was on Wifi worked great!
