The facilities are super old and I little bit dirty and the fact that they don’t offer house keeping services to clean when you are more than 3 nights is not logic for me,also de beds and the sofa bed is super uncomfortable and there’s no pillows at the sofa too I think that the price is just not accurate with what you offer

outdoor pool and hot tub too cold, wash your own towels, charged you if you need more, if you ran out of soaps including dish soap and trash bags you had to buy your own, dirty dishes were found in the cupboard, trash and pillows were under couch and dressers, cleaning staff needs to do a better job at sweeping under furniture it only takes 60 seconds with a broom for under a bed.

The bed was comfortable, The beach was awesome, loved the clear water. indoor pool was set at a great temperature, the room itself was nice. {other that the cleaning services} the chairs were comfortable to sit in, the restaurant in the facility was a good place to eat at, I recommend their nachos, the store that is there provided everything you need and other items.

The hotel and rooms were very dated and the sleeper sofa was not comfortable could use more parking

Bathroom toilet small leak. Water in dishwasher. I washed the few dishes by hand that we messed up. Drawers uneven in the kitchen. Uneven pictures. Disposal didn't work. The kitchen sink was getting clogged up a little. All this may seem bad, but overall, the stay was Wonderful!!

I liked the beautiful relaxing stay. Peaceful and quiet. It was very beautiful!!! I will diff in the book again in the future.

The apartment was nice, but everyone even people who wasn’t booked in the property had access to the facilities and the beach, you need improve more control and allow only guest that are staying in the property

The shower didn’t drain properly and we were unaware that the outdoor pool was closed due to construction and the indoor pool was shut down our last day as well. Construction also made it hard to find parking. Gym was a small room with a couple pieces of equipment. It also required a code that we were not given. Could’ve asked for it but after seeing how small it was we did not want to use.

The unit was not worth the price paid. The toilet overfilled and soaked the floor in the adjacent bedroom doorway. No one from Vacasa would address the issue. Unit also had a very strange chemical like smell. Carpet in bedroom was dirty. Bathroom light was coming loose. Very dated and in disrepair. Just a few of the things that were disappointing

The bed was too hard and there was some broken glass on the furniture. The outside pool was closed (which I knew ahead of time.)

The pool had a sign that showed open until 11 p.m. but we were told to leave at 10 p.m. I don't like that I can't walk in and get customer service. everything was handled via text or email and that felt frustrating.
