The room keys didn't work, and I had to return to the front desk to get a replacement key (which also only worked intermittently). The owners really need to replace the room keys and/or key readers because one of them isn't working correctly.

United StatesWoken in the middle of the night because someone in administration thought our toilet was leaking. It was actually the room above us. I think the people in the room next to us were living there. Lots of loud music from different sources at night.

United StatesThe parking lot surface needs attention. The mini fridge was a little loud, there was a recurring clicking noise that didn't sound normal. The bathroom light was too bright, it would have been nice to have another light in there that was not as bright, to have an option. The USB port on my side table lamp was faulty. Some things were maybe because it was a handicapped room. We stayed at a comparably priced property in Winnemucca and that property was maintained a bit better. Just some improvements that would make it nicer.
The bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were good. The staff was wonderful and kind. I appreciated the hot water for tea available all the time. Our favorite ice cream place and Chinese food restaurant were within walking distance, it is a great location. We thought it was great that they had cup o noodles for $1 for a quick bite.

United StatesTowels appeared a bit dirty. Breakfast was disappointing and very basic. I spent 1 night during Labor Day weekend and it was rather pricey for what you actually get.
Conveniently located next to I-80 highway and Wal-Mart Supercenter. Bed is extremely big and comfy. Excellent choice to spend a night before heading to or coming back from Burning Man.

Staff was friendly - the guy ran down the stairs when he saw me pull up for check-in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable - all the stuff you need for a night or two was there, fridge, etc. They are walking distance to a shopping center with everything you need - groceries, places to eat. gas, casino, right next to the freeway

United StatesNo daily maid service, but every 3 days. Only 1 set of towels for 2 people. Rooms are clean, but minimal. It's a place to sleep, but beds were mediocre. Breakfast is very limited with just a few tables to sit. Okay for coffee and cereal, or piece of fruit or toast, but not much else. No waffles, no pastries, no cooked food. Large potholes in parking driveway. Low price, mediocre facility.
Location in central Fernley is good. Right next door to a casino/restaurant which was handy. Staff were friendly. Price was lowest in town.

United StatesThe room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was just adequate, but they do offer coffee all day long.
The people who work in the office were extremely nice and helpful. We spent the night there, waiting for escrow to close on our house so we could move in. The girl in the office in the morning was so welcoming and went out of her way to answer questions about this area, which is new to us. Then, when escrow was delayed, another lady in the office was kind enough to extend our checkout time. Later in the day, after we had left, my brother discovered that he had forgotten his pillow. They were good enough to save the pillow, and the guy working in the office happily took his time to go and get the pillow for my sister and me. I can't begin to tell you how welcomed we felt, to a place that was new to us, by these lovely people!

Additionally, the young man who checked us in, even after seeing two old ladies, did not let us know there was a working elevator and instead pointed us to the stairs, where we had a Dickens of a time hauling our stuff to the 2nd floor. We found the elevator in the morning as we were leaving.
The room was fine as was the bathroom, and it was all very clean.
