The television was tiny. There was no guide to access the channels. The room smelled GROSS!! Whatever they used to clean the room, left an odor so strong, that irritated my nose, throat and eyes.. Also, whatever the cleaning chemical was that they used was obviously to be diluted. Only they DIDN'T dilute it! The room smelled of a chemical used for cleaning. I went to Walmart and picked up some Glade Air Spray (Peach) I sprayed every inch of that room, including the curtains 2x over and left the door open for over an hour and still couldn't get rid of the smell. Can't sleep with the window or door open as it's 36 degrees outside and temp falling fast. It ended up snowing overnight, so there's that! On top of ALL that ~ the place seemed sketchy. And....this place is known for an INDOOR swimming pool ~ their website says the pool is open....it was NOT!! There was no water in the pool and the sign said Closed for the Winter.

I've stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham Fernley in Fernley. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Staff from housekeeping and front desk were beyond friendly and helpful. Clean Bed Clean Floors. I felt vary welcomed from the time I went in to my last moments out. I felt like I was at home.

I found 6-8 strands of hairs on the bedsheets. Not kidding. Few were short and curly ones. So grossed out I was uncomfortable throughout the stay. I didn’t ask for change of room cos I had a few luggage. Would be a hassle to change room. Also, I figured all rooms would be equally dirty. Yucks.

I was in the lobby and the front desk at 7AM and i did not witness any breakfast or continental breakfast being served. Better service of breakfast ie; juice, snacks, toast, etc.as I am a type 1 diabetic. I would have liked it if breakfast was more visual as to where the food and drinks were located, possibly using signs to point where they would be located at.

Security was on point as I saw a security guard patrolling on foot in the parking lot. The parking lot was well lighted. Close to the freeway is always a plus. Room was clean, the sheets were washed and sanitized, and the A/C was already running when I arrived to my room.

Air conditioner, bed, rigged toilet paper holder, but the location was a good point. Don't stay here unless you like disappointment.

The air conditioner has broken in the ON position. The knobs were broken. The toilet roll dispenser was broken and rigged to stay on. Bed was very uncomfortable. I have not given a hard report like this before. I am totally shocked that the name Wyndham is on this property. I stay in the first class condos frequently and have never had one of their places come ANYWHERE close to this dump.

Breakfast was small, which is ok, just hoping for a little more substance.

Floors were tiled, not carpeted. A.C. was in back wall, not by window. Allowed room to be comfortable & more quiet.
