We were told we would have full kitchen appliances and there were no glasses or plates in the kitchen. Only 4 mugs. No pots and pans only cutlery.

Location is great: right on a beach (2 lounge chairs included). Pool is as great but not heated so a bit cold for vacay in late March but kids still enjoyed. Rooms were outdated and but clean to the best of their ability. My only complaint was kitchen. Description says “fully equipped kitchen”. It was 4 spoons and 3 forks, 2 knives and one pan. No pots! I couldn’t even make pasta dinner. All I could use was pan for eggs breakfast. Shame. No broom to clean basics like sand and spills. No extra garbage bags and no housekeeping for entire stay, which is fine but at least provide basic cleaning supplies. No dish washing liquid or sponge nor dish drying rack. Big disappointment to come to empty kitchen when description says “fully equipped”. Pictures of playground is a scam. There is no playground, obviously pictures are old and misleading. Not sure if would stay again..

Our suite was not very clean. The Kitchen was not equipped with basics that were on the list provided. For example only one small pan, no coffee maker, no dish soap or dish towels at all. No paper towels at all. We had to place an order for basics from target and dollar store. When we asked front desk they said the owner had to update the post on booking and they are no longer replacing any items in our room. There was no help or care that we didn’t have essentials that were on the list. The building is very old and the hall ways and doors are very damaged. Overall not a good aesthetically. At night it was very loud all night and lots of doors slamming in the hallways we could barely sleep. The people staying above us were yelling and moving furniture until 3am. The view of the bay and location were the only good part as its backs right into the beach. I would Not say this place is worth the price at all. Would not recommend it.

Pool workers were rude. When you ask for towels or ice they were not accommodating! Had a massage appointment and the therapist didn’t show up.

Location was good for a family. Proximity to the beach was good. Food below the food was good.

It’s old and not well maintained. Furniture is lacking. Rooms are clean but carpet and furniture are borderline nasty. Pictures represent the nicest unit and nowhere close to what we had.

- We expected much much better. - The kitchen was missing basic utensils. All the pots and pans were in a really bad condition. - We couldn't adjust nor turn the AC off. - Windows were super dirty. - We requested extra blankets... The staff told us that that's impossible... when asked again, they told us that housekeeping left at 3pm (check in starts at 4) and they don't have extra blankets; overall they seemed very bothered with the request and they were rude. - Waiting for the elevator took ages. - Paid parking & the garage looks awful. - By mistake we ended up on a wrong floor - there was refurbishement going on, but it was super dodgy with trash laying around... - Pool wasn't heated and we visited during Florida's cold spell, so we weren't able to use the pool.. Also check in starts at 4, but pool closes at 5:30, that seems very early.. - The location is far away from any kind of supermarket or a restaurant - we walked for at least an hour to get to a small grocery store. - OVERPRICED for what was offered, wouldn't stay here again.

- The apartment was fairly big, nicely decorated and designed. However, it felt weird, it was refurbished, but in kind of a dodgy way. Looks good on pictures, but in reality, there were many many flaws. - The view was AMAZING. Nice balcony. - They allowed us to stay on hotel premises (by the pool) after our check out - until around 2pm, we didn't have to pay additional parking. - Just by the beach :)

No tea towels or hand towels. Kitchen light had to be on all the time to dark. Both air conditioning units very noisy couldn't leave them on at night. People smoking dope the smell coming through the air con units. Staff in the tropical restaurant not helpful and rude. Then the the gratuities came out automatically as part of bill. I was not going to give anything

No house cleaning after 4pm. I had sand in my bed when i arrived but coolant get new sheets until the next day. There was no soap or really anything to prepare a meal/clean it up in the kitchen so it was essentially worthless. The pool was closed and it was only sprinkling. The cabanas were super expensive so the vibe was just off at the pool area. The decor was lacking. A lot of empty space which made it feel not homey.

It was on the beach. And you could rent bikes nearby to ride on the path along the beach.

Rooms get few cooking utensils. Oven didn’t even have a tray to bake anything on. Only get 4 towels to use per day. Pool only open from 10am till 5pm. Beach chairs were very old and only available from 10:30am till 4:45pm where the over zealous beach men would come pack up the chairs early and throw you off them. You’re only allowed two chairs per family. Other complex’s had their beach chairs out by 9am, which I think should be at least the expectation.

Very tired looking interior, all facilities were closed by our checkin at 5pm and the $40 resort charge was not clear when booking, from of house staff were very rude and unhelpful . The front of house staff would rather have been talking to her friend at the counter rather than helping guests Other guests in the restaurant also found the same No duvet on bed , limited towels and duvet in the cupboard was very thin no others available according to the front of house staff, Debbie did apologise for this

The kitchen was poor barely the essentials it has an oven and no trays and when I asked for one in the front desk she said that I could go buy one. For two days they didn’t have towels to bath or to the beach IMAGINE!!!!

When we asked for towels and blankets, we either never got them or were told we would get them and get them when we asked a second time. The trash can in the kitchen was not big enough and house keeping never came to clean and switch things out like more toilet paper or comforters.

very cold - lack of service for housekeeping - could not get an extra comforter. could not turn off air con and increase the heat. kitchen should have been provided with napkins, dishwashing soap and sponge like the other apartment hotels we stayed in etc.

Building was getting tatty. The beach bar was disgusting.. pool cold and not clean. The pool towel staff very unhelpful. The photos advertising over rated the property.

There are no blankets on the beds. There were three TV’s in our room which were all unusually small. The furnishings were like something found on a council clean up. Lounge was painful to sit on. Only stayed one night so it was okay. Kitchen lacked everything. No cloths, no detergent to wash anything and cupboards had only basic things like a couple of small plates and cups. All dishes were dirt due to the lack of detergent.

The view is 10/10! Staff were nice and the room was very clean

when we were booking the oceanview suite, and the photos provided by Bookings.com show that all rooms face the ocean. However, when we arrived, we can only see the ocean from the balcony. None of the family room nor guest rooms can see the ocean. This was very disappointing, as we paid the oceanview suite. We took the photos and can provide as evidence.

The hair dryers in both bathrooms did not work. The kitchen was nice but there is nothing in it to cook with . The place was out dated. There wasn't enough blankets for all three rooms. And you only get 2 beach chairs with the room that sleeps 8 . The pictures on the website are from years ago not recently.
