We were there for the Eagles parade, so it is difficult to judge the hotel. The town was crazy, but the hotel did their best to maintain order and control.

No furniture in my room other than a bed and small table with one chair in a two person room

My room was great but it was not equipped with a lounge chair, couch. It seem very bare in my bed area......The elevators were very small.

The smell of the carpets on the 12th floor. The guy that was shampooing them wasn't engaging. Also there was a recycling bin but no trash bin in the living room area

The rooms were clean and nice, but some of the furniture was a little dinged up. The area was a bit omnious at night, i never felt unsafe but there were syringes on the sidewalk.

The rooms are HUGE. I'm not sure that i needed a closet that large, but appreciated the layout and size of the rooms. The staff was also excellent!

The guy that was cleaning the living room he was rude to me.

I was really happy when I saw the hotel and my room very clean and beautiful, but the guy that was cleaning the living room acted very rude towards me and I felt ashamed I was taking pictures in the living room he embarrassed me shouting at me to move from his way he showed . He was very disrespectful to me.

I wish rooms were available with two queens, this was a slight drawback. The bathroom was fine, very clean, but was a bathtub with shower, I've gotten used to a normal shower only bathroom. This wasn't a problem, but noted.

What a fantastic location for downtown Philly, couldn't be better. The room was HUGE (that's all caps on purpose), there was even a kitchen, which we didn't expect. Just huge. Super clean and the lobby is very pleasant with a nice restaurant right at the front door which we tried one night. Parking is handled by Valet, very convenient. We'd definitely stay here again especially because the price was so incredible, cheaper than anything else downtown! And it was very nice.

I’m glad i didnt decide to pay extra to sleep in. Construction started at 8 am in a room above us with no notice.

Cost of parking (yes, its in the centre of Philly, but still for the room price, all adds up). Don‘t go there if you like it modern, everything is a bit old.

Huge room: go there if you need space in the middle of Philadelphia. Staff was really nice: we had an issue with the TV and they fixed in immediately.

Cost of parking. I needed to cancel the reservation because my husband had to have emergency surgery for appendicitis. The hotel never got back to me and I ended up having to stay alone while he was in the hospital because I didn’t want to waste money.
