A third bathroom would be the perfect addition..and mattresses a little too soft but a small inconvenience at most

Location, views, beach access was second to none. House was clean and had plenty of room. Two washers/dryers very convenient. Chairs, games, towels made beach time fun & easy. Marie was very responsive during our stay.

Yard sprinklers came on while we were outside in the yard. Host should provide instructions on how to temporarily turn them off, or provide the schedule. Other than that minor thing, the house was excellent.

Super bright and well equipped house. Photos were 100% accurate! Walk over the sand dunes and you’re on a wide Atlantic beach! Owner/host thought of everything you need to enjoy the house and beach - kitchen was fully equipped, ready for cooking and feeding 10, or ready for drinks inside or outside in the cute tiki bar. Top quality appliances, large and small, plus an assortment of basic seasoning and condiments. We didn’t use them due to cooler temps, but the garage contained 2 sets of washer/dryers AND an extensive selection of beach and yard toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Mattresses were the same in all 4 beds, a bit too soft for me but everyone else loved them. Baths were fully equipped with soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc… You just need to show up with your personal potions & creams, clothes and groceries. Everything else is provided!

Such a wonderful place -it was very hard to leave!

This is an absolutely stunning house, in a beautiful seafront location - the beach is just over a couple of sand dunes at the bottom of the yard. We had a lot of fun playing by the sea, eating in the private "Tiki bar", and enjoying the sunrise through the master bedroom window.

Location was perfect, the home was extremely well appointed. Stunning views is an ideal description of the setting. Would definitely recommend this home and wish we could have stayed for longer.

The home is beautifully decorated and the views of the ocean are spectacular! The kitchen is large and had everything we needed…including three different coffee machines. My granddaughter loved all of the games in the tv room and all of the beach toys and boogie boards in the garage….she was in heaven, as we all were!

The rope railing was pretty but difficult for handicapped It would be helpful to add a wooden rail in addition (possibly an oar design to add to your decor) Also, addition of handicap bars in at least one shower & toilet If you add a tea kettle or Pyrex measuring cup in kitchen for boiling water- that would be perfect We brought items along to use but you had the property so well supplied that we didn’t need to bring ours!!😎🌴

The property was excellent Extremely clean, tons of supplies, kitchen had every appliance, condiments,coffee, etc games, outdoor entertainment , wonderfully decorated AND super location So relaxing, especially prior to our daughter’s wedding down the street at The Tides

We could have used a half bath more with 8 people but we knew it was only a 2 bathroom property when we booked.

Beautiful property with everything you need. Location is amazing. All the furniture was comfortable and pictures were very accurate. Right on the beach, we loved sitting outside in the tiki bar. Fit our family of 8 perfectly!
