Great location with parking facilities (although expensive) mostly friendly helpful staff especially Junior at check in. Softer pillow option would be nice. Asked Concierge a question after we checked out, she was unhelpful, and arrogant on the point of being rude.

There was a mouse in the first room we were given. Staff did handle the situation well though and we were moved to a new (better) room without question.

The location of this hotel is perfect! Minutes away from the main attractions of Fisherman's Wharf (Pier 39 etc.) and also handy for public transport. The theme of the hotel was executed well and it was well maintained for the most part. The rooms were clean, staff were very accommodating and the facilities (including ice machines and free waterbottle refill stations) were good!

The staff was very proactive in confirming that our two rooms were connecting, which is very important when you have children between 2 and 10 years old traveling with you. The room size is excellent, and the hotel location is perfect for a family, with quick walking access to many attractions. The decor and activities available on the property are fantastic for all ages. Kids especially loved the s'mores provided at check-in.

Just felt it was overpriced for what is quite an average hotel. It was pleasant but nothing stood out as exceptional. Windows in the room didn't open either.

My husband states that the bed was not very comfortable. I disagreed, I slept very well. That was the qualm mentioned about the hotel that we would update. It would be great to not have a pet fee, but that's okay, most places do.

PET FRIENDLY (for a fee). The hotel was in a fantastic location. The addition of the breakfast included with a pet friendly restaurant was amazing. The outdoor games and indoor game room were clean and so much fun. I can't wait to stay here again.

We love the location and property. The first time we stayed our room was so cute with a microwave. The second time our room was not close to the elevator and no microwave and the lamps did not work. We will be staying every other week for my daughter’s cancer treatments and hope we get a better room next time.

No kettle to boil water in the room. We were supposed to use the coffee machine to boil water. No bedroom slippers provided. Maybe it is an American thing. Machine to refill drinking water is outdoors in the yard, means if it rains, you cannot get there.

Good location walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf. Convenient breakfast place nearby.

Doors weren't soundproof, which transmitted almost every sound from the corridor. I had a hard time finding sockets (if any) close to the bed. There's no breakfast option, but a little breakfast restaurant next door. Pipelines running through the bathroom occasionally made louder noises.

Excellent location, and the place is also a featured pick-up spot for many day trips. Right next to Fisherman's Wharf, having tons of restaurants nearby within walking distance. There's a game room behind the lobby, such as a little open area to sit in the evening. Room was fine, and facilities were sufficient. AC was easy to handle. Staff were kind.
