The drinks at the bar were delicious and so was our breakfast! The staff were friendly and accommodating to our English speaking. They even helped us make a reservation at a nearby restaurant and coordinated our transportation to and from the restaurant so that we were able to have a few drinks. It was a very special experience, especially because we were on our honeymoon! I’m so glad we stayed here.

Located in Kyoto and within a 5-minute walk of Samurai Kembu Kyoto, Rinn Niomon has a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service and luggage storage space. This was the second time I stayed here. It was just as memorable as the first if not better. The rooms were wonderful and the hotel is very convenient placed near many attractions but not in a crowded street so it's fairly quiet! The stuff is really polite! The tatami room is really really really nice and the lighting and decor is excellent!!

It is very clean, warm, everything is very convenient. Tadashi-san and Yuki-san were amazingly kind and helpful. It felt like home.

Located in Kyoto, within a 7-minute walk of Shoren-in Temple and 0.6 miles of Samurai Kembu Kyoto, Fufu Kyoto provides accommodations with a restaurant and free WiFi as well as free private parking... The rooms were exceptional (my photos don't do them justice!). If you are deciding on whether to upgrade your room, this is the place where it is genuinely worth it. Beds very comfortable and a nice touch with snacks and drinks in the room. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was exceptional. We didn't try kaiseki evening meal here but regretted it based on the quality and balance of the breakfast. The grounds and garden are beautiful with koi carp pond. There is also a lovely bar in the garden. The hotel is a serene and relaxing space.

Located in Kyoto, 1 mi from Imperial Palace, Marikoji Inn Kyoto offers accommodations with a garden and a terrace. Hospitality and comprehensive support are what you get when staying at this hotel. I would especially recommend it to those traveling to Japan for the first time. I was personally shown around and informed about everything nearby, and was assisted in purchasing everything I needed for my stay in Japan (including medication, help with SIM cards, etc.). Naturally, the cleanliness of the room and the full range of services are top-notch. It is also worth mentioning the traditional Japanese atmosphere in the design, which helps you relax after a long flight. I definitely plan to take advantage of their tours of local attractions in the future. I would also like to emphasize that the hotel owners are very responsive and willing to help you navigate the city.
