Couldn't turn the heating off/down. We absolutely cooked. And they took a $20 handling fee for the deposit because I had to use debit instead of credit which is just ridiculous.

Cleanliness was an issue. The floor was very sticky, like a slurpee machine broke and covered the floor and was never cleaned. So I couldn't walk in bear feet. I could see other areas of cleaning issues such as hand prints on the walls and air marks from heater and a/c units. It was so dirty I actually looked under the bed for bugs, but only found a few candy wrappers and crumbs. So that would be a bonus that there was currently no bugs.

It was the cheapest room I could find, in the general area I was looking for.

the building needs renovations, some of the furniture too. the reception has bars on it have the impression that it is not a safe area and sketchy, but hey maybe it’s the right thing to do there I dunno 🤷🏻‍♂️

Well, I tell you that they abuse the guests too much, the day I arrived they canceled the reservation I had through booking when I said to pay $86 they charged me $129 for the room for the day, they charged me $25 more for entering before 3 and they charged me $20 more than for paying with the card and they demanded a $350 deposit from me, and they told Booking that they canceled my reservation because my card was not valid, if it was not valid because they used it to collect the deposit and two room days? I stayed from the 23rd to the 28th because it was very close to where I was working but the service is lousy, in all those days they only went to change towels and clean one day and that after requesting it three times at the reception, every Once I was going to pay for two days again to extend my stay, they charged me $25 more so as not to take me out of the hotel from 11 to 3. my TD bank card charged me $20 more, I tried to pay for the full days that I was going to be at the hotel and they demanded $250 more to complete the $600 deposit, which I thought was an abuse and I decided to continue paying for days, only there is a girl from the staff who is very friendly, the rest are very rude, the day before I left I went to update the cards to enter and I asked the next day rate to the girl who was there and she gave me a very high rate to which I asked her again because if Booking says a lower price and she replied that that room was not available and that the price she said was the rate and now, she did not give me the cards, I threw them away, because my boyfriend on the phone He told him that they were very abusive, oh and lastly the day I left the $350 deposit I had, they charged me $29 for a small towel that had gotten a little stained with my wet hair, a total abuse!!! I took photos of everything! I would not go back or recommend it!!!

Not very well taken care off. Shower was clogged, heater was barely hanging on the wall, loud noise in stairwell of people fighting all night.

Bed was comfy, wifi was good, tv was good, basic needs were provided. Very cheap price.

The room was dirty and unkempt, including walls, ceiling and floor. The bedding was dirty and stained. The rooms were cramped and difficult to maneuver around, as was the parking lot. Window panes are thin, therefore the noise was loud.

Not clean, found multiple pieces of hair throughout the bed and red stuff on the wall under the curtains and window looked like blood but not sure what it was.. my friend and I slept in the car

No visitors, which made it extremely lonely for when meeting other people. Washroom Door was broken. The pictures online did NOT match the premise. No communication before hand when I got an email stating certain amenities were changed and I asked if that would affect my stay. It implied there was a pool in that email. Online it said there was a free continental breakfast which I set for my food budget. The view I got was facing a bunch of dead trees and a house so I couldn't even open my blinds much. It took me 15 minutes of looking to figure out the Motem wasn't plugged in for my wifi. TV had very few channels to watch. Plug ins were in the worst possible places.

It was serviceable for my needs.

The price waas very reasonable for the room. The front desk person was pretty good.

It was dumpy. Staff not friendly. You went in through a door from the parking lot, and there were 3 rooms off that door. Very small and cramped. No extra pillows. Very load noises all around us throughout the night. Pathetic for Canadian standards. Disappointed it is even offered in Booking.com.
