Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Everything was perfect!
The rooms were absolutely beautiful! We had a Lagoon Villa which exceeded our expectations. The temperature of our private pool and the lagoon pool was perfect. All of the staff were outstanding, the receptionists, restaurant staff, housekeeping, beach staff, they all made our stay an absolute dream. A special thanks to the staff at breakfast who treated us like royalty! An overall amazing stay at the St. Regis and we will definitely be returning!

Very nice option to sleep in Nusa Dua! We stayed a few days in a villa with private pool with access to the sea (Strand Villa)! Probably one of the best options offered by the hotel! Our butler was lovely and very available. Overall the villa offers very high end services worthy of the best hotels in the world. Maybe the hotel is a bit old-fashioned but the location and the quality of the staff make up for its little shortcomings. It should not be forgotten that this is the recovery after several months of closure for the Covid... That being said, obvious investments are necessary to maintain the five-star level. It requires luxury investments, for example the renovation of the common areas for breakfast and this despite a very high level of food and service. No doubt still one of the best options in Nusa Dua. We ate in the restaurants of the main competitors but they are much too big and without soul! The St-Regis is a real luxury hotel with an outstanding personalized service!

The resort is a lit bit outdated. Overall still quite comfortable and serene, however could do with a little renovation.
This resort is suitable for a relaxing holiday. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed at the ocean villa and having the beach at our door step was amazing. We've had our day beds at the beach setup for us, the villa is spacious and comfortable.

Quality of food is not high enough for a hotel at this price. Both dinner buffet and dinner at fine dining Kayputi restaurant dus not live up to expectations

Rooms were a little tired and in need of a refresh but otherwise everything was fine
Breakfast was exceptional - huge selection together with a la carte options. Friendliness of staff and in particular remembering our names on arrival at breakfast - no mean feat with so many guests! Room was always beautifully made up every day and then turned over every evening

Electrical wiring needs renovation badly. USB charging sockets are in poor condition, noisy and weak. On the first night of my stay an incident happened that could have ended badly. Judging by the reaction of the management on site it did not bother them much, maybe this review will draw attention to the matter.
The hotel is beautiful, stunning territory, great beach, great facilities, VERY polite staff, overall - one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed in, if not the best. Expensive, but that’s to be expected.

a few problems on arrival with lights not working, shower water too cold, door being stuck. a bit annoying after hours at the airport. but mu butler attended to everything quickly. also was a little disappointed with the villa - I have stayed at the st regis before & the pool was not just a small plunge pool and had direct access to lagoon. This was not very clearly pointed out on the website.

The breakfast at the St Regis is appetizing. Dulang and Gourmand Deli have options of the most scrumptious meals served throughout the day, even satisfying our munchkins. The hotel is located at the beach. The pools and the pool bar have the perfect setting for fun and relaxation. The rooms are spacious. Besides our pick up and transfer to another hotel, we were also given complimentary transfers to the airport.
