    “The team was friendly and they let us to leave our luggage after check out if needed. It is just a short walk to the station, which means even if you have a backpack it is easy to Walk to get the train or bus. From the station is one direct train or limousine bus to the Osaka airport. The room was clean, I mistakenly booked a smoking room (I don’t smoke), but they cleaned and deodorised the room, so there was zero smell. If you are a light sleeper, the place is exactly in front of the train line and you can hear the trains, this didn’t bother me at all.”

    “The staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The location was great with a convenience store easily located next door for late night snacks and easy cash withdrawal. The room was simple but great because of it. It had everything you needed but done right. The bed was the best thing to come back to each day - it was comfortable and the bedding was super soft. The AC was very easy to use and greatly needed as it was often quite warm. It did feel like it was nice to be a bit away from the touristy part of Osaka but you weren’t missing out because you could still easily walk or even appreciate the smaller food scene nearby. Would definitely stay here again!”

    “The location is the best for who have their business at Intex Osaka. It's very convenience to wake up and walk a bit to go there. The room is larger than I thought, very clean and comfortable. The conceirge is kind enough to allow us to keep our luggages at the hotel after check-out time till our business is done in the evening, that is very helpful to us. There is an Airport limousine bus stop at the hotel beside, so it's perfect for doing business and then go to the airport at last.”
