The rooftop bar is very pleasant, especially at night in the outdoor area, with a partial view of the lake and the glass towers of the city beyond. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was impeccably clean, and the bed was very soft but firm, allowing me two nights of wonderful sleep. I want to add that the duty manager at the front desk, Jimmy, made it his mission to ensure my stay was problem-free, going so far as to organize and schedule a ride back to Thai Nguyen for me when my plans changed at the last moment (something I appreciated a lot, given that I don't speak Vietnamese).
