    “I liked everything about this place. Staff is extremely helpful friendly and kind. They are very respectful all the time. They even gave me some foreign coins for my collection knowing that Im collecting them. Room was very comfortable and clean. This place has a homely feeling. There are restaurants, supermarkets and self service laundries in short walk. There is a dining area that we can bring food and eat there.”

  • “Hamza here again, providing reliable reviews from 35 countries and over 100 hotel stays. "From clueless to chaotic." Upon arrival, we were left stranded in the city with no assistance. Entering the room, I immediately encountered a blocked sink plug, a cold shower tap that didn’t work, stains on the bedding, and stains scattered around the room. After raising my complaints, we were moved to a second room, where I found a hair under my duvet. The next morning, I arranged a meeting with the manager, but he showed no initiative whatsoever, offering nothing but a vague apology as though that were compensation for this disaster of a “5-star hotel.” Breakfast was true chaos. At times, there was no seating available, and service was slow—items and glasses were not replaced promptly, and requests were ignored. Overall, this hotel leans heavily on its historical artifacts to maintain its 5-star status. However, this holds little value for us as guests. The hotel’s ratings are clearly in decline, and that trend will continue. Feel free to contact me for pictures or further details, and don’t pay any attention to the hotel's forthcoming fake response.”
