    “During our stay, there was a power cut, and unfortunately, the hotel was not adequately prepared for it. We had to request a torch as none were readily available. Additionally, one of our two rooms had no hot water. Several items listed on the menu were unavailable, and both the pool and toilet seats were not as clean as expected. While the staff members were very kind, they struggled to effectively address these issues.”

    “We booked a 28-night stay at this villa in Bali, carefully selected after months of searching to perfectly fit our needs. Unfortunately, our experience turned into a disappointing one, primarily due to extensive construction on the adjacent villa complex that severely impacted our enjoyment and privacy. For two-thirds of our stay, we endured loud construction noise daily from 8 am until 10 pm, including weekends. Moreover, workers frequently occupied the roof of the neighboring villa, directly overlooking our pool, living room, and bedroom areas, leaving us with virtually no privacy. When we raised our concerns multiple times with the villa owner, he was consistently rude and dismissive. After significant negotiations, we received only 20% of our money back, which felt entirely inadequate given the circumstances. Additionally, we encountered several issues with the villa itself. The gas was not functioning properly, the fence was deteriorating and unsafe, and the cooling system on the outdoor terrace was inoperative. Overall, considering the significant amount we paid and the effort we put into choosing this villa, we felt deeply disappointed and would not recommend it to others.”

It is also located right next to a restaurant/massage place. The electricity went out in the middle of the night and the owners were right onto it and saved the day.”
